Once in a while I write an e-mail to Gfk to get more granular data (i.e. a Top 3 per platform or comparisons to older titles) but they don't seem willing nor interested in giving more information to the public. I see higher chances with game but I don't see any real benefits for them to provide more data to the public if there's no push for it from publishers or other major stakeholders.
