Arent those RDR 2 numbera good? They are wasting the potential of the series by letting the MP die and (according to rumors) cancelling the remake of the first one...such a shame Rockstar is only focusing on gta but I understand money talks :c

So GTA V sales suddenly rose in 2019, before Covid.

I don't get how GTA V just keeps selling 5M every quarter. It wasn't selling as fast just a few years ago.

It was also on Gamepass , PS Now and offered for free on EGS , Yet it keeps the pace of 5M per quarter no matter what promotion it has during that quarter , Its almost like it is a sure first purchase whenever someone make a console purchase or make a platform account on PC

Take Two is the L.A. Angels of the gaming industry.

Angels: Ohtani throws a no hitter through the 7th, hits 2 home runs. Mike Trout hits 4 home runs. Angels lose 12-8.

Take-Two: We sold 20 million copies of Lootbox Simulator 2k22, 4 million copies of Red Dead, and there are more copies of GTAV than there are human beings. Operating loss of $37 million.

It is 2022 and a PS360 game is pulling in $200m in a single quarter.
