Sounds like it to me, as they don't specify Switch when saying it has stayed unbeaten.

The press release specifies that it's the fifth time in a row on the Nintendo Switch charts and that's all it says. There is no mention of "across all platforms" whatsoever, hence the ambiguity.

This stands in contrast to the press release for Peach's third week on top that explicitly mentions that it's not just on the Switch charts, but across all platforms.

EDIT: Looking at the press release for the fourth week, it first says that it happened on the Switch charts and then in the follow-up sentence it mentions that it also held true across all platforms. The omission in the fifth week makes it sound like it has stopped to happen across all platforms, but at the same time it doesn't rule out that it has still happened.
