At first, I was about to say 'nah'. But then I went back to
the September 2022 charts which were the last non-holiday charts we got that covered only the retail market. And, it looks exactly as crowded with Nintendo games as the France yearly top does. So, yeah, I might have spoken too soon.
edit: however, the yearly France top we got for 2022 accounts for retail + digital and Nintendo titles are still ever present. I can't link to the source since the numbers are compiled by Ludostrie (and there is a paywall) but all you need to know is that there are 10/20 Nintendo games there.
So yeah, based on what we saw this year so far in the German retail+digital charts, it is safe to assume that Nintendo software is more popular in France than it does in Germany. But is Switzerland necessarily leaning more towards France? There is no way to tell without a clear view on digital sales.
