55% of Survivor's sales were digital, whereas for Fallen Order it was 35%, highlighting how digital has accelerated for single player games across Europe during the pandemic.

1Star Wars Jedi: Survivor (EA)
2FIFA 23 (EA)
3Dead Island 2 (Plaion)
4Grand Theft Auto 5 (Rockstar)
5The Last of Us: Part 2 (Sony)
6Hogwarts Legacy (Warner Bros)
7 Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (Activision Blizzard)
8Red Dead Redemption 2 (Rockstar)
9NBA 2K23 (2K Games)
10Resident Evil 4: Remake (Capcom)

However, compared with March, only Nintendo Switch sales increased month-on-month. This was in part due to the release of a special edition console, which arrived at the end of the month ahead of the new Zelda game: Tears of the Kingdom.

Interesting that it's the Last of Us Part 2 and not the more recent Part 1 that's maintaining such a hold. I think besides Part 1 obviously being available only on PS5, people are probably more interested in seeing what happens after season one of the TV show ended.

It's the price point. One is close to $70, the other is $10 to $20

TLOU part 2 price in april
France, Germany, Spain, Italy, and etc -9.99
UK - £8.74

So:
PS5 483k
Switch 360k
Xbox ≈ 96k
I think this is a bit off.

We don’t have a hardware total this month…but we have it for last year. Assuming other consoles are negligible:

289000*1.58=P+S+X,
289000=P/2.44+S/1.38+X/1.19,
P>S>X>0

Using that and the percent change given this year, we get a range of 173k-183k for PS5, 173k-137k for switch, and 110k-137k for XBS. (Switch is inversely proportional to PS5 in the range)

If I made a mistake feel free to correct me.

I wasn't expecting ZOLED to be so impactful
probably Mario movie contributed too, right? but in the US I think we know (as for Spain or Japan) that ZOLED has actually been the hot item once released late in April

UK and US as well. It was confirmed so by Dring and Mat.

doesnt that seem way too high for xbox in EUROPE? It's not that far from the others in one of it's weaker area.

Edit: I see does include UK though. Still.

Reported Europe console totals don’t include UK.
Console hardware sales cover Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. Accessories sales cover the same markets, but doesn't include Switzerland.
I’m not sure I’d say Xbox sales are high, it’s still being outsold by both of its competition by a decent amount.
